DME Engineering are specialists in pressure pipe and structural steel fabrication, and also undertake work in other manufacturing areas including: steam system fabrication, pressure vessel and heat exchanger manufacture or repairs, boiler installation, and stainless steel tanks.

The latest technologies are employed to carry out this work, including the use of the AutoCAD drawing system, and modern rolling and bending machinery.

Pressure Pipeline Fabrication

We are specialists in the fabrication of pressure piping.

Welding procedures are undertaken for piping materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and chrome-alloy steel – complying with Australian and International Standards.

All non-destructive testing (NDT) and hydro-testing is completed on site in accordance with the associated project specifications and respective standards.

All associated weld procedures, quality and traceability records, material certificates, associated drawings are compiled in our welding manufacture’s data report.

Our processes include:

• high or low pressure pipeline fabrication
• high or low temperature pipeline fabrication
• pipeline fabrication for acidic or caustic processes

Structural Steel Fabrication

Manufacture and fabrication of light to heavy structural components and structures for the oil and gas, mining, and heavy industry sectors. Materials include carbon and stainless steel.

We manufacture and fabricate columns, trusses, frames, beams, walkways, stairs, platforms, grating, towers, pipe racks, supports and launders.

All associated items are fabricated in accordance with respective project specifications, Australian and International standards.
